Born and raised in Ghana, West Africa, Mrs. Nana Ama Gyamfua Eleonu has over 15-years’ experience leading corporations and communities. She is a highly recognized executive in the Banking Industry with significant performance ratings nationwide and verifiable successes. In her capacity as the Executive Director of Lending Hands – Touching Lives non-profit charitable organization, Mrs. Eleonu identifies underserved communities, prioritizes the community’s needs, mentor’s new immigrants, and coordinates delivery of charitable materials to respective communities and institutions. She also oversee development of strategy, including translating strategy into actionable plans, developing goals, enforcing policies and procedures, and ensuring growth and operational excellence. Nana Ama has received several awards for her achievements and is recognized by her peers as a top performer in the banking industry. She is a member of several peer groups and community organizations. She currently lives in the Northern Virginia area with her husband and children, and on her spare time, enjoys travelling and music.
